A single larva of the common green lacewing can consume up to 300 aphids during its growth, but as most lacewings perish during the winter this can result in small numbers of larvae in the Spring.
The Biotal Lacewing Chamber provides a natural home for lacewings during the winter, dramatically boosting larvae numbers in the Spring.
The chamber measures 21.5cm x 17.5cm x 17.5 cm. It is made of marine ply in a louvred design, tightly packed with straw impregnated with a natural pheromone attractant.
