Biotal’s team of highly qualified & experienced scientists are continually working with customers in a Research & Development role to develop solutions to suit specific business needs.

With customer requirements as a starting point, Biotal’s expertise is concentrated on blending these specialised microbes, enzymes and plant-extracts with ecologically-friendly ingredients to optimise their activities. New formulations are rigorously evaluated against ISO certified procedures to verify that the components are compatible with one another and will be effective at the actual point of application as well as in the laboratory – these include real time stability tests and in-use simulations.

The process is then scaled up to suit the one of the wide range of production sizes at our dedicated & flexible production facility. Special consideration is given to packing the product in a manner consistent with customers’ environmental obligations.

Biotal’s technical expertise is complemented by a sales team with many years of experience in the fields of wastewater treatment, washroom & institutional cleaning, drainage, catering and horticultural complementary products.
