Laltide (Aqua)

In aquatic species, diets are usually deficient in nucleotides (essential support of the genetic information as well as cofactors in biological reactions), and de novo synthesis is highly energy consuming. This is why nucleotide supplementation is important to ensure optimal growth and development of aquatic species, especially in periods of peak demand (reproduction, growth).

Laltide is a combination of purified nucleotides specifically formulated for aquaculture applications. It is made up of naturally occurring RNA, nucleotides and precursors of nucleotides extracted from a specific strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast.

Numerous trails have shown that Laltide improved resistance to diseases, growth, feed efficiency and vacination effectiveness in aquaculture species.

In shrimp for example, growth rate and survival are significantly improved under semi-intensive breeding conditions and during stressful periods.
