Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked to either log-in to your account or, if you are a new customer, to create an account. By creating an account at Biotal you will be able to shop faster, check up on the status of current orders, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.
We accept Maestro, Visa and MasterCard.
Shipping And Handling
Please note that we can only accept online orders for delivery within the United Kingdom.
The way we charge for postage and packing is simple. We have a standard shipping charge for all products. You are only charged postage & packing for the first item in your order: everything else in your order is shipped free of charge.
Delivery Schedule
You will normally receive your order within 5 to 7 business days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
VAT at 17.5% is included in all our prices (except for Biotal Equine Gold, which is exempt from VAT).
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed. They are only decrypted after they reach the secure payment system. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Once we have collected all the necessary delivery details etc at the 'checkout', you then confirm your order by clicking the place order button. This then takes you to a secure form where you complete your credit/debit card details.
Details submitted on the form are transmitted to a payment gateway service, which is separate from the shopping cart. The gateway service securely routes the information through the relevant financial networks to gain authorisation for the transaction and this recorded against your order.
